Custom nutrition strategy

✔ No generic meal plans or restriction. Nutrition coaching is all about planning ahead, navigating social situations, creating YOUR menu of go-to meals and through nutrition awareness strategies you'll understand how much to eat for your energy needs.

Personalised Training Plan

✔ Whether you train at home or in the gym, I’ll design a program that fits your schedule, ability, and fitness level. And with exercise demonstrations and form assessments I'll make sure you're doing the exercises with good technique and eventually with enough intensity to make progress. 

On-going support and accountability

✔ You won’t be doing this alone. With weekly express check-ins, monthly reviews, and quarterly strategy calls, you’ll have the structure and support to stay on track.

Mindset and habit coaching

✔ Because true transformation isn’t just about food and exercise. I help you build habits that create sustainable change, so you feel in control of your health long-term.

  • How much does it cost?
    €119 for 6 weeks. Paying in instalments can be arranged.
  • How will it help me lose weight, I've always struggled and nothing seems to work.
    My approach to weight loss is different, I help women lose weight AND keep it off long term but this means you have to build better habits. I will help you implement small simple habits that have a positive knock on effect. You'll start to experience how good it feels when you find an exercise and diet strategy that works for you and when you feel good you're more likely to stay consistent meaning weight loss will be a by-product of your efforts. If it's not, you might need to go into a stricter fat loss phase but this time you'll be ready! You'll lose the weight and will know how to keep it off long term.
  • What's expected of me, I've never done online coaching before and I'm not sure how it works?
    Each week you will have exercise and nutrition targets to strive for, all you have to do is make an effort to hit those targets and while a certain level of effort is required I never expect anyone to be perfect every week. I will check-in with you personally to review your progress, answer your answers and make suggestions where needed. You will need to take the time to fill in your check-in forms when prompted to do so and listen to my feedback when I send it back, that's the main requirement needed from you.
  • Will I get a meal plan?
    You will get sample meal plans to help show you what types of foods you should be including in your meals. I won't be telling you what to eat but I will be telling you how to eat in a way that supports the fat loss process. You will focus on building out your "Menu" of go-to nutrient dense meals that you enjoy and that work for you and your situation.
  • Do I need to track calories?
    My aim is to keep things as simple as possible therefore I don't initially start anyone on calorie tracking, however, the benefit of my coaching approach is our regular direct communication, if tracking calories is something you'd benefit from doing, I will calculate and set your calorie and protein ranges. Calorie tracking is a great tool for accountability and awareness but its not essential to lose weight.
  • Do I need a gym membership or equipment?
    No your initial exercise targets are simple body weight exercises to help build momentum but if you train in a gym or at home and would like a personalised programme I will create one for you with your needs in mind. Again, the beauty of having direct communication with me each week!
  • Is it suitable for beginners?
    It's designed for beginners! The purpose is to make the biggest impact to your health, fitness and weight loss efforts while keeping things as simple as possible
